Join this 6-week group to meet your new community of mom friends. This will be an intimate group of new moms who together will share the highs, lows, and in-betweens of what it means to be a parent. Topics covered will include navigating expectations, relationship dynamics, and shifting identities. This group is for first time moms and their babies 0-6 months. Group is led by Jayne Henderson, LCAT, RPT.
Groups will meet at MOVE Cold Spring at 37 Chestnut Street, Cold Spring, NY. The cost of this 6-week group is $275.
